It is with regret that we read your review. We understand your frustration and hope that towing is not necessary while we work to clear snow from the parking lots. We do inform residents 24 hours in advance about snow removal from parking lots and as that residents move the vehicles so we can better clear the snow to avoid piling in parking spaces. If you have any trouble moving your car or if you will be on vacation I would invite you to call us at the leasing office so we can better assist you to avoid cars being towed. We hope that we can work together to come up with a solution before we do have any major snow.
We appreciate your feedback. I would like to address a few of the concerns that have been addressed since your review. We have taken steps to increase the pickup schedule for the dumpsters which had previously been overflowing. We have ordered cameras to monitor after hours behavior in out common areas and suggest that you and any other witnesses to trespassing contact the police as soon as you see troubling occurrences. This is your home, we and the authorities would like to prevent future trespassing. We would like to allow all of our residents to utilize our clubhouse and although you cannot rent our the space privately we offer this amenity free of charge for you and your guests to enjoy. As a market rent property our rents are determined fairly by the surrounding properties and have been continuing to add amenities such as the outdoor grills and fire pits to increase the quality of our community. We hope these steps have made you feel that you would like to continue to live in our community.

Hi There, We regret to hear that you are displeased with your recent experience with us. Please contact the office so we are able to help with the electricity issue.It is most likely due to the Town of Abington auto enrolling everyone into a new provider. It is unfortunate that your 2nd car was removed from the property however we do provide multiple warnings prior to tow. As you know residents have assigned parking spaces.
