I lived at Spring Hill Commons for a short while and was not impressed. Although the rent is reasonable, it is nearly impossible to get in touch with the management staff. They are rarely in the office during regular business hours making it very difficult to address any issues that you may have. If you are not a dog owner, then I would definitely not suggest this apartment complex. There are many small, noisy dogs in the buildings and it is not a rare occassion to see droppings across the grass by the entrances. In my building in particular, the first floor smelled like a kennel. The laundry facility was not adequate for the number of residents in each building. Although the carpets were replaced before move-in, the quality of the carpet was poor. Some of the things that I did like about the apartment complex was that there was always enough parking and there was no need for a permit so your guests could park in the same lot as you do. I also thought that having an online payment website for rent was convenient however the rent is not always posted if you would like to pay earlier. If your move is only temporary before you find something better than I suppose this would be tolerable but I would not suggest moving here if you plan on staying for a while.
