We got our application/deposit in two weeks before spring break and never heard back from them, despite the fact that at the time we sent it in we were assured there were plenty of places available on Hobart. We assumed it was just taking them a while processing everything. When I finally called they said there were no apartments on Hobart simply because "things had changed," which is enough to make your blood boil. When I asked if they were ever going to let us know that we were declined a spot, the loser old lady on the phone said "Oh, I sent an email to your roommate yesterday afternoon." Turns out it was in his inbox 5 minutes after I'd gotten off the phone with her. Every time we interacted with them they were rude; they direct you to their application online and later on surprise you with forms that they admit "aren't included online" when you try to turn things in; they blatantly forgot we had applied despite the fact that they were still holding a $2000 check from us. Maybe it was a blessing in disguise that we didn't get our place because having to deal with them all year would have been a nightmare. They operate on the philosophy "Why treat your customers well when every apartment will be filled regardless?"
