We lived at Wood's Edge for 2 years. The day we left was one of the best days of our lives. <br> <br>--THE GOOD-- <br>- Helpful and friendly maintenance staff who lived on-site. <br>- Convenient access to major highways. <br> <br>--THE BAD-- <br>- Neighbor upstairs with multiple children who ran back and forth constantly, yelled, and played loud music when the parents were not home. <br>- Neighbor across the hall who screamed at her child at all hours of the day. <br>- Washers and dryers constantly tied up. <br>- Cheap cabinets. <br> <br>--THE UGLY-- <br>Rental office not returning deposit and interest-owed upon lease termination. Their corporate office insisted that they NEVER return interest earned on the deposit, even though this is required by state law. It took the threat of legal action to get results. <br> <br>
