New manager she is excellent. Cleaning outside needs more attention. Maintenance is slow to get work completed. Otherwise it is a great place to live. All utilities are included plus cable. New washer and dryers are excellent. See More

They don't help during problems or if there is any construction in building they don't inform you - noise and hammering start in morning and one cannot rest ! Old neighbors thinks they own the building and insult new once. Manager will not do anything to… See More
