Background: I rented a two bed room apt. for two years.
General: no living room per se; bed room size is ok; kitchen and bathroom are tiny. You can tell the apt. is pretty old and not gets renovated often. The building is full of students from the music schools nearby and you know what that indicates. Also the building is quite near some dancing clubs which play really loud music at night until 1am during summer time.
Winter: looks like you have the control over the heater (it is the pretty old fashion heater BTW) but you don't! you can only turn up the heat but can't turn it down or turn it off. In some days/nights you don't get hot water and heat at all and you'd not get an advanced notice. The so-called 24 maintenance team is helpless unless your apt. is caught on fire.
The building is only good for students who don't have much rent money to spend.
