Excellent community and a great area. Tons of restaurants and things to do in the vicinity. Very high build quality and great amenities. I have not had any issues with noise in the building and the efficiency of the LEED certified units means that utility costs are low as well. It is a bit expensive and the parking costs $300 but those are the only down sides in my mind.
