The apartment was welcoming and warm when I first came to visit the place back in October. It's about 10 min walk from south station. Other than the proximity to south station and area close by there is nothing after 6 PM around the building. From the time I first visited to now, there have been many changes with the new management and a lot of the residents feel the "luxury" promised is being delivered. Every week there is some problems with residents emailing back and forth about the issues, signing petitions. I don't think most of us living here would want to renew our lease.
