After less than a year, we are planning to move out of these apartments primarily due to security concerns. People are allowed to come and go as they please. Visitors are not required to be registered and we have had people show up at our door both unauthorized and unannounced on multiple occasions. The concierge is frequently away from the desk, and management seems to be inept or indifferent (difficult to tell as they are not really engaged) at dealing with these issues. We have raised these concerns on at least five different locations. Furthermore, they offer your cheap rent (1.5 months free) to sign a lease and then screw you when you want to renew. The pet policy is so liberal that people take a back seat. They are allowed to roam freely off their leashes, piss and drool in the elevators stinking them up.
