Do not live here unless you can sleep through the sound of jet engines flying over your apartment at less than 1000 ft every 60 seconds starting at 5 am 4-5 days per week. This building is directly in one of Logan's busiest flight paths and there is absolutely no sound insulation. The airplanes are just as loud in my apartment as they are when I am standing on the outdoor patio. The lack of sound insulation has been a problem in other ways as well. My upstairs neighbor frequently has parties and I can hear music late into the night. Even worse, any time the doors on any of the three elevators opens or closes, I can hear that too. My apartment isn't even next to the elevator shaft. My theory is that the counterweight for the doors hits a pipe and, since there is no insulation, the sound carries into my apartment. I never write reviews. But I'm exhausted from being kept awake at night and woken up early by jet engines. Think very carefully before you she'll out the high rent for this building.
