315 on A Luxury Apartments
Resident · 2014 - 2016
I have lived here for two years and am moving out. Just got hit with an 11% increase after last years 15% increase. This building is very expensive for what you get, there are better places. Amenities are just so so, parking is also very expensive, and if you don't like or have a dog, you wont be happy here. There are tons of dogs and they don't clean up after them well. Equity has actually done a decent job since they bought the building, the first management company was nothing but crooks and liars. The building is only 2 years old and looks twenty. Kind of cheaply done, going for an expensive modern look but getting it at Home Depot. Did I mention the dogs....the smell of dog piss is everywhere. Carpets on residence floors are disgusting as the elevators are slow and poor Fido cant wait. Place is noisy due to the planes from logan that go overhead very low, residents are young on average but professional and quiet. Nightlife is quiet, not much open late in the area. The worst part of living there has been the construction at 319 which is now over. It has been a nightmare and Equity could have cared less what the residents went through, didn't even attempt to make it any better. Absolute abuse of the residents there. For what you are paying, it should be a whole lot better. Again, not terrible but certainly not worth the money.
