In the last couple of months new community manager, Josh Rummel joined and there has been a noticeable decline of management, maintenance, and overall condition of living. The building used to be upkept and a lovely place to live, this is no longer the case. Under the community manager all the most attentive and respectful maintenance and concierge team quit. Now the front desk staff spends time smoking in the entryway and playing on their phone. Never a greeting, even witnessed a disabled resident trying to get in the door with the concierge completely ignoring them. All the changes in management started the directly as a result of the new community manager, Josh Rummel's employment and "Mangement". Common amenity spaces like like gym have been ignored. If you move here prepare for dramatic increase in rent. The management will not improve the spaces in any way. The gym has old mats and has not seen improvement in years. The 24 hour maintenance request threshold no longer exists. With so many other buildings that are truly "luxury" this is no longer one to invest time/money. Does not live up to standard especially under Josh Rommel.
