I have lived in a one bedroom here for the past five months. This is an about average apartment budilding for Boston. It´s a little better than a student ------ building (only a few stduents), but nothing really special. It is, however, tremendously convenient since I work at nearby Northeastern University. Also, the Fenway T station is two blocks, ballpark three blocks, Fenway theater one blcok, Star Market right next to building, several dining and bar choices within surrounding blocks. It´s a little noisy esepcially if you live by someone loud (e.g., connected neighbors) and more noisy if you live in the rear of the building next to Star Market and Boylston. I´m planning on buying soon and I intend to at least stay in the neighborhood even if I live in another building.
