Hi, thank you for the helpful feedback. Due to numerous covid-19 restrictions on gyms, we have been very conservative with adding back in additional equipment due to occupancy restrictions and other protocols. However, at this time, we have decided to bring back the two benches until further notice. We hope you continue to enjoy your workouts and if you have any other suggestions, please let me know. Hi, I'm sorry you have had such an underwhelming experience with us so far - I hope I can change that! We did have some emergency's in September that required us to quickly shut down a portion of the building. These situations are rare and sometimes unavoidable in order to preserve the safety of the entire community. Lastly, I do apologize for our lack of follow up regarding your work orders. We were extremely short staffed during covid, but now have been re-staffed with a full team. I hope your experience improves in the future. Our Fitness Center has reopened with social distancing and sanitation policies in place. We cannot wait until we are able to fully reopen without restrictions. Myself and the team are diligently working to reopen our pool. The City of Boston requires our property to have a lifeguard. Due to COVID, there is a lifeguard shortage in New England. We have been working to recontract this position for the Summer. Please know we are working hard to reopen the pool for the end of the season.
