Resident 2018 - 2019

3/1/2019

The only redeeming quality about living at CCP is the incredible location. Other than that, this place is a total dump and overall nightmare. For starters, the two CCP office employees on-site, consistently send out threatening emails, marred with grammatical errors that make it sound like it was written by a 4th grader. If you can somehow decipher the Pig Latin that the author of the emails believes to be modern English, somewhere in there you will see statements rife with grandiose claims of CCP "lawyers" suing residents for innocuous occurrences, such as letting their dog run around in the courtyard. GASP! They claim to have people on their security cameras committing all types of heinous acts- which is ironic because they proceed to then send out emails threatening the whole building (logically, if you knew who did it, would you not just contact them?). These consistent emails are obnoxious, and unprofessional. If I am coming off as bitter about them, you are absolutely reading my tone correctly (see how coherent prose works CCP?). I have better things to be doing than reading children's fairy tales in the form of an email. Apart from the two employees mentioned above, the rest of the staff are effective and nice enough. After my sermon above, I'll go ahead and just bullet point the rest of my grievances, so as to save everyone time. -The "Package Room" is actually just a tiny closet where everyone's packages are thrown on top of one another, in no particular order. It's high comedy trying to find my Amazon Prime orders. -It's a tough pill to swallow when you find out that you are paying over $2800 a month for a tiny one bedroom, and your neighbor could be paying as low as $400 a month. -When I moved in, promises were made of all these fantastic new renovations coming- new gym equipment, billiards table, Solarium improvements etc. Not many of these promises have been fulfilled completely. I'm sure I have many more grievances, but at this point you get the picture. If you are under the age of 50 and looking to live here, please consider elsewhere.
