I spent the better part of 12 years at Church Park. I can say that the apartments and location are great. A special highlight of the apartments is the hardwood floors and spacious bedrooms. Noise is generally good if you are in the back. However, if you are in the front or ends of the building it is my understanding that it is very tough. I recommend that anyone noise sensitive live in the back facing Whole Foods. The location is a short walk from both the subway and Newbury Street. My experiences with management/maintenance/security were favorable. However, it is my feeling that the management company can be quite harsh on the employees; I was disappointed to hear that they replaced the very nice doormen they had with a contract agency. Another highlight is the roof - there are chairs to sit out on (when weather permits) - the view is great. I also liked the air conditioning system. A few of the older apartments might have A/C's that worked less well. Overall, I think a back-facing apartment at Church Park offers great value for money.
