This has been an awful living experience. Complaints will receive a sympathetic ear from the main floor but improvements are never made and problems are more apt to get worse than better. The building is filled kids from Northeastern, so even if they swear they don't let college students in please know that they are lying. What this means is that there is far more of a dorm-type feel than anything else to this building; partying, poor hygiene, smoking, the smell of burnt food in the hallway, bed bugs, tenants who monopolize the laundry room and yell at each other in Hindi, smelly elevators with Soviet-like efficiency, and minimal water pressure can all be considered norms for this incredibly expensive waste-of-rent. And, if you drive, you're also only a couple blocks away from the constant gridlock of Brigham Circle.
