The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Raul, Thank you for your review, I believe our management office and you and or your daughters roommates have been in touch recently. We are hoping to get this transaction satisfied for all the parties involved. The Security Deposit regulations in MA clearly states all leaseholders need to be named on the check and we are not able to add "and/or" due to protecting all resident/leaseholders rights for endorsing the check. As a Management Company we would like to have the flexibility to issue checks based on leaseholders preferences it is a burden for us sometimes as well. This is a prime example of the Security Deposit regulations causing some difficulty, but for the most part they protect the leaseholders. Thank you Justin Holstrom [email protected] 617-825-2033

Anonymous, Please reach out to me regarding the mold, if you have an issue with mold that is not something we tolerate. We remove the mold quickly and effectively if you have any present.
