The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

Here at Hub50House, we strive for excellence, and are disappointed to hear that you received anything less. Any appliance that may not be functioning properly in your apartment home would be something that we would have our maintenance team assess and then replace or fix as needed so that it is functioning as it should be. Hello Rspang, Thank you for again for submitting your feedback. As mentioned before and again below, we do care about the living experience of all Residents of Hub50House. We do recognize your concerns and whenever issues arise, we work quickly to resolve the issues to ensure the community is running as efficiently as possible. As with large communities like ours, we have processes in place for ongoing upkeep to minimize any issues that arise as they do happen. Being that we are a new community, we are excited that we are at the very tail end of construction and everyone is very enthusiastic about the community and offerings. We are all feeling the effects and changes to our normal way of life due to the pandemic. We have taken steps to increase community wide cleaning procedures and temporarily limit occupancy levels in our amenity spaces so that Residents are able to use these spaces without the worry of large crowds. During this time, we do welcome guests to visit Resident apartments and hope our guests can enjoy the amenity spaces again in the near future. We've taken these steps as the health and safety of our Residents and team members is our top priority. Additionally, you mentioned the coffee was moved, which it was, to the amenity spaces where it receives great reviews and use by many Residents. Thank you again for your feedback, Rspang. Good afternoon! Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback! I am personally sorry to hear about your experience at Hub50House. It is always our top priority to ensure Residents have a positive experience in the community. Additionally, Bozzuto as a company is very concerned with the environment and happiness of all residents. Bozzuto has been named the #1 Resident Online Satisfaction company in the U.S. 5 years in a row and look to close in on our 6th very shortly. You did mention you had a concern regarding your electricity and water bills. We would love to discuss these with you to see if there is anything we can do to assist. We are happy to take a look at the bills and compare to the bills for the community and see if there is anything specific leading to a higher than expected cost. We are very proud of our 15th floor amenity space! The entire floor caters to different interests such as fitness, movie goers, private rooms with a kitchen, private pods for studying or work and a large outdoor terrace with grills and fire pit to enjoy during the warm season. The overall space itself is equipped to fit a few hundred residents and we are confident residents do love the space and offerings it provides. We are excited to open the pool and surrounding amenity space as we know residents will love it. Thank you for your feedback!
