The experience living there, enabled by a very competent and pleasant staff, is exemplary. It's a bit on the high end in terms of price but worth it. They have been handling the whole Covid-19 situation well. All that said, better deals for current residents to extend leases would have been good and may have kept me beyond 16 months.

Very accomodating staff - especially the leasing office. Modern decor and vibe lean towards high end/luxury. very fresh apartments at move-in. A little construction noise during the day from neighboring development.
