Grounds/landscaping are beautiful. Unit is well-maintained and was immaculately clean at move-in. No major complaints. Storage space is generous, convenient, and reasonably priced. Lack of in-apartment storage/closet space is frustrating, but manageable. Location is excellent.

A great management team. Very responsive to residents questions and concerns. When it is not a pandemic, lots of amenities and social events. Residents are very friendly. Snow removal and salting and sanding are done in a very timely fashion. Grounds are well maintained.

I love it at Paddock. My only complaint currently are the sprinklers go off way too often. It makes it impossible to walk in the grass without getting wet. It gets so wet that there are water and mud puddles.

Best apartments in the Acton-Boxborough school district. The energy bill is cheaper as the windows and insulation are very new. The amenities are nice and the grounds are beautiful. The community is very closed off and it's nice letting the kids explore safely.
