The ridge at blue Hills,in Braintree , is not in a safe place to live whether you have children or you are single. It may look like a luxury living they make you feel as though it's a luxury living until you move in.
Jen the manager will smiling your face scab everybody in the back she's just too old and doesn't care
Everything is just the Braintree police his problem but when you call the police the police don't even want to arrive here. This past Fourth of July kids or young adults putting fireworks in an electrical fire pit but of course office doesn't care about other people paying rent for the luxury nor having the young adults paying a price for what they did.
Obviously everyone safety did not matter to the manager at the ridge.
After I moved in here I realized I was paying market rent do you see everybody living off of section 8.
Not saying section 8 is bad but I see criminals living here criminal activity going on here
On my lease they judge me for trash removal the dumpster area so dirty I can't even get my trash to the dumpster. They do not support recyclable here either.
The hallway is you often see dogs that of going to the bathroom in the elevator in the hallway.
They don't tell you when you move in that they go up on your rent at least 150 to 200 every year.
The management at the Ridge udr they all have the worst bedside manner I have ever seen but they treat people who are section 8 like they are Royal. But the poor schmuck it works 9-to-5 like their dirt
Beware it might look great but it is not a nice place to live.
There are no cameras anywhere on the grounds ,safety anything can happen to you and there are no recordings they are too cheap with all the rent to put cameras i'm Wrong is one camera in the local coffee shop to see if anybody's feelings coffee but as far as personal safety no cameras. If you have children they do not allow schoolbuses on the premises so mothers must take the children off the property so that the school bus can pick them up.
They also don't tell you they charge for parking
All in all I would give is in minus one to live in
There is no public transportation
They say in contract pimples on auto load will when you see owner is walking their dogs clearly peoples are allowed in here.
Like I said it doesn't matter with the dogs go in the elevator in the hallway even told their designated areas you UDR management does not care nor if you're going to pay that kind of money paid for something you deserve
