Waterford gets two thumbs up from me. I absolutely love it here. It's my first apartment and I couldn't have asked for better. Clean and safe community. Close to school. Excellent amenities pool, gym, outdoor activities (trail, basketball court etc.) Move in day was a breeze the apartment in great condition. And all my neighbors I've met so far are super nice. I love it here I'm glad I picked to live at Waterford for my first apartment!!!!
