Lived in their Hemenway building for 2 years. There were rarely any problems and when there were the management responded promptly. Everyone in the office was friendly and the maintenance man, Rey, was very nice and helpful. The building common areas were cleaned weekly and the building was maintained as well as can be expected of a building that is over 100 years old and lived in by undergraduates.
