I love living in this place, but anyone who wants to raise the rent by 5% when everyone else is dropping them needs a reality check. Don´t bother asking them to fix anything. They wrote improvements into our lease 11 months ago and still have not completed the work. If you´re gonna maintain the place yourself, it´s a greawt place to live (1955-1963 Comm Ave), but don´t expect Bruce to know where to find even a plunger, let alone how to use it.
