We're saddened that you feel the way you do because none of our residents has ever expressed such dissatisfaction with their experiences living here. In fact, based on information compiled by an independent service, 91% of our residents state that they would recommend Greenwoods to others as a nice place to live. Additionally, when scores are compiled on individual service areas such as grounds, maintenance, neighborhood, noise, office staff, and overall safety, our community has achieved a 4.37 out of a possible score of 5. That puts us above 80% on a scoring index. It disappoints us that you feel the way you do. We encourage you to stop into the Management Office to speak with the site manager. You can always contact the management company's Home Office as well if you feel you need to bring your concerns to a higher level within the organization.

Thanks for bring these matters to our attention. Residents are aware that being disruptive by playing loud music or leaving children unsupervised is prohibited. Our staff is diligent about addressing violations when we see them, and residents usually comply when spoken to. Please don't hesitate to stop in the Management Office if you continue to observe this behavior. Our transition to a smoke-free community has gone smoothly, but there continues to be occasions when residents have to be reminded of the rules and our ongoing efforts to maintain a healthy community for all residents.

The Greenwoods apartment community is located on 20 acres of what was once the farm land in Brockton. It's convenient location provides residents with easy access to Route 24, Westgate Mall and the D.W. Field family recreation area, with golf course, hiking, biking, fishing and picnicking areas. Greenwoods is within easy walking distance of Raymond Elementary School and North Middle School. Our one bedroom apartments are all one level, while our two and three bedroom townhouses offer many of the amenities found in single family homes, including private front and rear entrances in each apartment, separate dining rooms, generous closets and storage space and expansive landscaped grounds.
