Several tenants sold drugs out in the open in the hallway. Kids were constantly running up and down the stairs and in the hallway. Drug buyers were using the side stairs to come in and out of the place. Pets(dogs) were not allowed but I say tenants with dogs. The balconies were nice and closed in but tenants would hang clothes outside on the balcony to dry their clothes. There were many abandanded cars there. One instance was a car that caught on fire in the parking lot, it was there for atleast 6 weeks in the same spot in front of the parking lot for everyone to view. You could visibly see the burned tires on the minivan and there was a shadow of where the fire started and moved through the car. There were many abandoned cars with no insurance tags parked in the visitor's spaces and people constantly parked in front of the 1/2 hour delivery parking spaces as a regular parking space for the very long periods of times. The development appears nice and heat and hot water is included but the cons greatly outweight the pros
