Resident 2022 - 2024

don’t live here

This building advertises itself as a luxury apartment complex but there is nothing luxury about it. The appliances are dated, the hallways smell like cigarettes, the staff is incompetent and doesn’t care about anything other than making money. There’s constant construction and just in the… See More>

First of all, the noise is unbearable..not only is there constant construction going on in the building that never ceases to end, I can hear all of the neighbors through the walls, I can hear everything outside. This is pure madness and it's driving myself… See More>

      Resident 2020 - 2021

Fairstead inc took over and clearly doesn't give a damn about tenant. Maimtence has been making ridiculous noise for weeks on end to remodel a 500sf unit. Horrible experience since this hostile takeover by this big out of town Cor. Closed the gym, make a… See More>

This is a wonderful place to live. Can't beat the location! I'm on a higher floor so I have never had any bug problems! The management company is very friendly and professional!… See More>

We moved in for the school year in september. There is an asian restaurant that shares the first floor. The laundry room is full of bugs, the elevator are always full of trash and our unit on a lower floor has 1-3 new bugs a… See More>

Lots of cockroaches. Been here for 21 days and there's 10-12 a day. Management is really nice but can't help. We only live here part time because can't get rent refunded. You are warned. Otherwise, great location. These cockroaches won't stop though. Update: It's been… See More>

Too much money for an ancient building

My husband and I lived in Pelham Hall for two years. Although there are many positive attributes to this apartment building, over time, the negatives began to outweigh the positives. I would not recommend this building to anyone looking for a "luxury" living environment. I'll… See More>

                no parking

If you need a parking space at this apartment, DO NOT live here. If they don't give you a parking space at move-in, they will NOT give it to you later even if you're name is on the waiting list. Nordblom management will deny that… See More>

                  Great location, great apartment

Pros: -Location, location, location. Pelham Hall is located in the heart of Coolidge Corner. The C line stop is about 50 paces from the front door, and fantastic restaurants and shops are located one-two blocks away. For those trying to enjoy the great… See More>

                        Answered on: 03/20/2018
A: Unfortunately, yes. I lived in the building for three years and you could hear your neighbors conversations. Part of that was the false wall between my kitchen and my neighbor's apartment - you could see light under the wall. The building has very thin walls so anything above a quiet conversation will be heard.
