Trying to rent an apartment at this place was a terrible experience. They are very eager to set up a tour and take your around and excitedly sell you the place. But once you start the application process, they are slooooow and tell you false information over the phone. I would call them on the phone to check on the status of my application. I would be told that I would be emailed soon. Or in another instance, I would get an approval email within the hour. Both times, the email was days late (the approval and lease was emailed over a week after I was told I would gt it). This left very little time to put everything together that they required to give us the keys. The apartments themselves are quite small - the kitchens minuscule. You have to bring your own microwave. There is no in-unit laundry. For the price of the apartments, I would expect something better. Very very disappointed in my choice to rent here.

We are constantly striving to improve, so we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding the apartments, we always encourage new residents to come and see the apartment prior to moving-in so that there are no surprises. I apologize if you were not able to make it to tour the community beforehand, however we are very transparent with what each apartment and the community has to offer.
