DO.NOT.LIVE.HERE.
Where to begin... The only good thing is that you get a pretty descent view with a reasonable price.. but let's be real, how many times are you actually going to look out the window (if you work all day)? Covered parking was also convenient.
The bad.. Within the 2 years that I lived here, there were several problems :/
Minor/Major:
Horrible driving by residents in driveway, blocking traffic 24/7. Stolen books from mail downstairs. Management canceled my mail for no reason a month or more before I left. Constant smell of bad cooking and marijuana on every floor. It would be your lucky day if the elevator worked!
Really Major:
There were fire alarms on a weekly basis (the Cambridge Fire dept. must hate this building).
The most major issue was that my entire floor got flooded, which affected all the subsequent floors due to gravity. There was a complete lack of organization the whole night it started, which evolved into a series of issues including being kicked out of your apartment due to industrial size machines blowing wind all over your apartment, sleeping was impossible and the response by management was unprofessional. Had to stay in a hotel for a whole week and got reimbursed after several attempts. This whole process sealed the deal for me..
If you are a working professional, I would absolutely not recommend this place.
