Thank you for taking the time to post your honest feedback. I do want our residents to be proud to call 929 House their home, and so I read every review posted about our community. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve 929 House for everyone. Thank you for sharing your feedback. The team and I at 929 House do take the time to read every review, and use the information to grow, make changes, and improve our community for everyone. Our community is not smoke-free, and residents are allowed to smoke in their apartment. However, we will contact your neighbor, as our resident handbook requires that residents who do smoke refrain from bothering others. We will suggest that the smoker either open the windows, smoke on balcony, if applicable, or vent the door to help prevent the smoke from traveling into the hallway. The Department of Public Safety shut down the apartment's elevators after management didn't have them inspected for two years. That's not a joke. Check by calling Public Safety at (617) 727-3200 or e-mail at [email protected] That pretty much sums up 929 House.
