Hello, I am the General Manager at Archstone North Point. I apologize for all the inconveniences that you have had to endure while living here at Archstone North Point. In regards to our undergarduate students, we have strict policies in place and we enforce these each time there is a lease violation. We permit smoking in the apartments but not in the common areas. Our hallways are pressurized and continously bring in fesh air from the outside. All smoke and odors in the apartments are dissipated through a continuous exhaust system in the apartments. Our rents are competitive with other apartment communities in the Cambridge area.
