Thank you for taking the time to post your honest feedback. I do want our residents to be proud to call Church Corner their home, and so I read every review posted about our community. It is important to know where our residents think we missed the mark, as well as where we have done well - so that we can improve Church Corner for everyone. We did send out our pest control company to take care of the pest issue, and we apologzie for any delay. We did have some problems with the Chillers on the roof which affected everyone's AC. Unfortunately this was at the same time we had already removed the screens to do the window washing. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this time. If you ever have a noise complaint, please notify the office and we will speak to the residents causing the disturbance.
