Over all not bad but the realtor did make / told me several things that have not come to fruition. I was told that they do a lovely landscaping job in the spring on the out side of the building. This is an out right lie. The weeds are over 2 feet tall and there definition of landscaping is just to keep cutting them with a weed wackier. The ventilation is bad in the building. If you neighbor is cooking cat fish next door you can count on it smelling your apartment also. It can be load / noise and it can be difficult to get help from the management company. I won t be renewing my lease beacuse for this kind of money I KNOW I can do a lot better and the fact that most people seem to move out after one year should have clued me in. Very high tenant turn over ..also not a good sign.
