The management is completely unresponsive and inadequate. The only way to get assistance from the manager is to happen to run into him or leave letters in his mailbox. Both kinds of requests are frequently ignored even for simple tasks and the manager is often rude. The rent is very high given that repairs are not completed and maintenance on the apartment building is poor. The hallways and elevators are dirty and smell very badly at times because garbage is not removed. No landscaping at all. No shoveling in the winter to get out of the garage...you have have gun it over huge piles of snow causing you to careen into the street. When repairs and improvements are made to the apartments and/or building, they are sloppy and unprofessional. I frequently have to do touch-ups and fix things on my own or they don't get done. Overall, the apartment needs much better on-site management.
