I think Harvard Towers is a great place to live! The executive management is in Boston and the superintendent lives on-site. They offer parking underground for only $90.00 per month. A STEAL for Cambridge. They also have 10 guest spaces behind the building that can be used by all tenants by getting a pass from the superintendent. They have recently added Pergo floors, and granite countertops in the kitchen. The bathrooms have marble tile on the walls and floors. New insulated windows/doors were added a few years ago. The interior hallways were completely refinished last year. The back wall of the living room is all glass. The slider goes out to a BIG deck. They have an on-site gym and coin-operated laudromat. It is a 7-minute walk to Central Square and a 12-minute walk to Harvard Square. There are people from all over the world here due to the fact that the apartments are inbetween Harvard and MIT. The demographic is largely adult. I would never move from here but a personal reason has left me no choice. You will not regret moving here!!!!!
