This has been a great apartment to live in since we moved here in the summer of 2011. Maintenance have always been quick to respond to any issue as long as you drop off a note in their mailbox in the basement. The walls aren't so thin that you can hear your neighbor's every step but you will hear the occasional dropped object. Ventilation can be better since we have a neighbor who smokes and the smell can creep through the kitchen vent. The outdoor porch is great. The sliding door blocks noise very well. Harvard is a quiet street to begin with. The main entrance is video monitored and very convenient if you have packages delivered.
