I have lived at Harvard Towers for about 3 years now. The apartments are clean and nice, but unfortunately the management is an absolute disaster. Maintenance issues take months to fix, and the staff is not very courteous when problems arise. Upkeep of the building is lackluster, and it takes months for simple fixes to building services (e.g., broken elevators typically last for months or more before being fixed).
