Literally the only good thing about this apartment is the low rent. Renters, I advise you strongly to pay more to live elsewhere! The owner really does not care about this property and the property managers who manage the properties are incapable of doing their jobs. Here is an example. I needed my carbon monoxide detector replaced. Due to their incompetence, they broke the law and I was forced to live in that apartment UNSAFELY without the detector for 2 weeks. There is no rationalization for 2 weeks to replace a carbon monoxide detector when it's a 2 second repair. Furthermore, I had been asking for the faucet in my kitchen to be repaired for 3 months. I sent a letter stating I would be withholding rent until the repair was done. Since they continued to NOT make the repair, I got the repair done myself. It is stated in the lease that if they're taking too long to make a repair, we can get the repairs done ourselves without being liable for the cost. Yet, now I'm here, and they are refusing to renew my lease because there is a balance on my account for the amount of the repair. I tried calling the Florida HQ 5 times and they keep avoiding my calls. The low cost apartments are not worth the headaches of dealing with these incompetent people who genuinely don't care about anything other than taking your money. BEWARE!
