For the third Saturday in about a month and a half there is no hot water. One of these days I was in a wedding and went to the gym in the morning before realizing I would not be able to shower :-( The management has known about an ongoing issue with the hot water for months, but work on the system has been sparse and slow. They keep saying it will be resolved soon, but that does not make repeated unexpected Saturdays without showers any more pleasant (for me or anyone sitting near me on the bus!).

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the hot water. We are converting the building from oil to natural gas, which is a large-scale project that will take some time to complete, and we appreciate your patience.When the water went out, we responded immediately and were able to resolve the issue quickly.
