I enjoy the quiet, peaceful environment; but the constant change of staff, lack of information to the tenants. I have had packages for days and haven't even been notified. no upkeep on small details that apartment needs fixed, but ready to charge extra if you pay your rent online. I request a mailbox key and have been waiting 5 days and no update. you walk in the office you don't know who is the manager or their names.

Overall Ive had a good experience, other than small inconsistency or things that can be changed . Maybe noticing more small details, like park door broken, holes on the wall from tenants slamming the door. I think it wouldnt take much to be a 5 star always.
