Pros: Well built, convenient (walking distance) to downtown Concord and Commuter train to Boston. Close to Rte.2. Cons: - Close to Rte 2, yes. Actually right on Rte.2. Nightmare traffic noise, and they did not warn us about it. If nothing else, that was enough reason for us to leave after 1 year's lease expired. Our kids get up in the middle of the night everytime a truck hits one of the chuckholes. - Parking terrible. Four parking spots for 7 apartments in each building. Yes, you can pay for a garage and tandem park a second car behind it. - Management none. When we moved in, there was an apartment with 3 days' office hours. They decided to rent that last apartment, and there is no one onsite, just a phone number that you cannot get through on. Not very responsive at all. - High rent. They suckered us in with 2 months's free rent. When it came time to renew, they bumped it up to the unaffordable "market rent". We could not afford that. - Low income renters. More than half of the renters are subsidized by the state(and city?). They are the only "permanent renters". They bring down the overall quality of the renters, and several regular renters left because of this.
