The Experience & Performance Intelligence Quotient ("epIQ") Index measures:
over the most recent 365 day period. The index is presented as a familiar letter grade format to help renters evaluate all aspects of life at a community.
SatisFacts, a sister company to ApartmentRatings, offers surveys that measure renters satisfaction at key points throughout the renter lifecycle: Touring, Move-In, Maintenance, and Lease Renewal. The questions from each survey type that are based on a 1-5 point scale are then added into the calculation of the community's epIQ Grade.
Not all communities use surveys and therefore may not have any survey information on their report card. These communities will show an "N/A" for their survey sections.

We are sorry you feel our community may not have met your standards. As you just renewed your lease, we are certain your repair(s) were addressed prior to that. Please contact the management office or service department to address any additional needs. Our service staff reported to us which you confirmed that your washing machine was repaired within 48 hours. Please also know that our service department stocks numerous parts for repairs. Rarely, do we need to order a part from GE or Whirlpool. In those rare cases, we are subject to the manufacturer's actions and stock. Fortunately, we also are located right up the street from a Home Depot store for those incidental items. Thank you for making your home in our community. Hello, We are sorry you feel our snow plowing contractor didn't meet your standards. We have hired a new snow plowing contractor to handle our snow removal. Please remember that the snow plowing contractor handles all the plowing and snow removal. They also employ and are responsible for the towing company directly. There are approximately 400 residents in our 34 acre community which requires having rules and regulations to insure that every resident can have quiet enjoyment of their home. Unlike a single family home, an apartment community requires greater sensitivity and consideration of its neighbors. Our goal is to have everyone to be more sensitive to each other's needs. Hello, We are sorry you feel our community didn't meet your needs for the 4 years you lived with us. Our service staff generally charges for items damaged by the resident during the resident's tenancy based upon the move-in and move-out statements signed by the residents. We hope you understand that we want our residents happy so we try to make sure that each resident who moves into a former apartment is given the same features in clean proper operating condition as you hopefully enjoyed.
