You are way too smart to rent from these -------s. The owner Jay will lie to you about everything to get you to move in. Once you do commit you are screwed. The owner won't fix anything. Everything in the unit, appliances, cabinets, fixtures are all bottom shelf stuff. Nothing luxurious about this place. The hvac system sounds like a jet engine in your living room. I didn't have to wear a hearing aid when I moved in there, I do now! When you decide you have had enough of these -------s and decide to move, The owner (lets call him evil Jay) will do everything he can to screw you and rip you off of your deposit and any other dime he can squeeze out of you. These are truly pathetic people that run this place. I have never dealt with anyone or anything like Dartmouth Woods. Stay away, find something else.

Hello, We are sorry you feel our community didn't meet your needs for the 4 years you lived with us. Our service staff generally charges for items damaged by the resident during the resident's tenancy based upon the move-in and move-out statements signed by the residents. We hope you understand that we want our residents happy so we try to make sure that each resident who moves into a former apartment is given the same features in clean proper operating condition as you hopefully enjoyed.
