The only good thing about this property is the location, even though is next to a "gentlemen's" club, it is also closed to supermarkets, pharmacies, retail stores, restaurants and schools. Besides that, everything else is awful, the owner only cares for the money, rent went up, but there is always an excuse to fixed things on time, their priorities are a little off, they rather prepared an empty apartment than fixing something in an occupied one. I feel sorry for the maintenance guys, it is not their fault things do not get fixed on time, because they have to go through the owner to get his approval, everywhere I have live, maintenance have their own phone line and emails for request, they also have the necessary equipment in stock, not here. During winter, snow removal is the worse I have ever experienced, there is not a grounds keeper, so once in a while you see garbage in the parking lot. Before renting here, please read all the reviews, don't make the same mistakes I did.

We are sorry you feel our community may not have met your standards. As you just renewed your lease, we are certain your repair(s) were addressed prior to that. Please contact the management office or service department to address any additional needs. Our service staff reported to us which you confirmed that your washing machine was repaired within 48 hours. Please also know that our service department stocks numerous parts for repairs. Rarely, do we need to order a part from GE or Whirlpool. In those rare cases, we are subject to the manufacturer's actions and stock. Fortunately, we also are located right up the street from a Home Depot store for those incidental items. Thank you for making your home in our community.
