I have lived at Seabreeze Apartments for many years. Since new owners took over in 2009 any maintenance problems are taken care right away with a professional and friendly staff. The office staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. All tenants are screened extensively and if there are any tenant problems they are taken care of right away. It is a safe and friendly place to live. I would recommend the apartments to anyone.
