I wish they wouldn't raise he rent every year. At least $50 each time. My rent was under $1000 when I moved here in 2010. It is now over $1500. I do not know why there is a minimum character requirement here.

I am not sure why there is a minimum character requirement either ;) But I am happy to discuss your concerns with you. Please feel free to call me at 978-957-2000. Kindly ~ Jessica C.

For the most part living here has been a positive experience. The two draw backs are the fact that they raise the rent every year at least $50. My rent was around $1000 in December of 2010. It is now over $1500. The other thing is that the management has not done a ton of checking the people they rent to. Most of the people that have lived around me are loud and disrespectful. If I could have rated the noise question less than one star, I would have.

For the most part it is a good place to live. Although the rent goes up every year without question or reason. My rent started at below $1000 and is now over $1500. I have to type 36 more characters to fulfill the 200 character requireemnt of this field.
