The staff at Brandywyne Village value your response as we continue to maintain the property to a proud standard. We are happy to learn that your overall view of living at Brandywyne Village is positive. Having some amount of green space throughout our urban residential community is viewed by many residents as aesthetically pleasing. Unassigned parking makes it fair for all residents as opposed to assigning spaces for specific residents. Overnight parking or cars by non-residents is prohibited. Management will keep a watchful eye. Should you have any concerns regarding staff, we encourage you to speak directly with the site manager.
Thank you for providing honest feedback as it assists us with keeping Brandywyne Village a community of quality. We do provide adequate complimentary parking for residents and visitors. Unfortunately, to assign specified visitor parking spaces would potentially take away parking from our residents, which are our priority. I am happy to report that we are currently in the process of having the site parking lots seal coated and restriped. Due to the challenging winters in New England and the heavy traffic we receive throughout the property, we maintain the striping on a regular basis.
