The main problem of this apartment is tenants and office management staff. Both of them do not care about rules. For example it is not allowed to have pets, but some tenants have them. Also some tenants regularly block the entrance door, out loud night parties and uninteresting to us phone conversations on their balconies, threw trash on the floor in the laundry room and etc. Apartment buildings have pretty poor construction. We had roof leaking for 3 times. There is cheap plastic sheet on the walls in the bathroom. The doors are wrenched out of shape. The floor crunches. Maintenance is not so bad and Mr. Fritz and his coworker, sorry don`t remember his name, are doing their job quite good. But two maintenance guys are not enough for these apartments. Landscaping is good too. Parking is bad, realдy bad. Sometimes in the evening, even early evening it is so difficult to find a free parking lot and you have to park your car far from your building. No dedicated parking lots. There is no any visitor parking. We tried to use their pool. But we found it is not comfortable. It is often very crowded, noisy and we saw how children washed their plates with ketchup in the pool and their parents did not mind. Location is maybe the best you can find for this price. It is quite close to Boston and very close to major freeways (Rt 90, 9, 30, 20), shopping plazas, sport clubs and entertainment (restaurants, movie theaters, etc).
