It took me some time to make the decision to live there because of the reviews posted online. My husband and I visited a lot of properties and factoring price, location, amenities, cleanliness and the pet policy; the best location for us was definitely The Hamilton Village and we are very happy with the decision we made. It is time for us to move out but the only reason is because we bought our own home. I had a great time living there, the staff is amazing (Nelly, Albert, Charlie). There was never a time when I needed something and didn't get help right away. The apartment is very spacious and mine had a lot of sunlight. I found parking spaces available at all times, including when it snowed. The upkeep they maintain in that property is amazing! They clean the parking lot, paint, cut trees, fix the pool, remove snow, landscape, clean the apartment buildings, etc. I'm not only becoming a homeowner but a landlord as well and I'd like to emphasize how much I learned from you guys at The Hamilton Village. Not to say there is no problem at all, the washing machine in the laundry close to my apartment can be a little loud. I'll definitely refer this place to anybody, as a matter of fact, every time I know of someone who needs a place to rent I encourage them to visit The Hamilton Village and I'll keep doing this long after I'm gone.
